Account deletion request

Use this page to ask WWGI to delete a Platform or Shield account and related personal information. We may contact you to verify that the account belongs to you.

Choose the app and give us enough information to find your account. Include an email address or a phone number so we can contact you if verification is needed.

The form is sent securely to the official WWGI website. Your submission result will appear there.

What happens next

WWGI reviews the request and may ask you to confirm account ownership. We delete or anonymize information that is no longer needed, subject to applicable safety, billing, legal, and audit retention requirements. Read the Platform Privacy Policy or Shield Privacy Policy for more detail.

Do not send passwords, payment card details, or identity documents through this form.

You can use the account deletion option in the WWGI Platform app where available, or email developer@wwgi.org.za with your WWGI handle, the app concerned, and a contact method.
